Returns Policy

Please note that not all products are returnable so please check on the relevant product page before ordering. Unless stated otherwise, you have 7 days of receiving your order to return it new, unused, unopened, in their original packaging and if clothing, with any garment tags still attached otherwise they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN AND RETURN THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RETURNED WORN, TAGS REMOVED OR PACKAGING DAMAGED.

Hair accessories and swimwear are non-returnable.

Last chance/sale items are non-refundable but are eligible for an exchange on the same conditions above.

 How to Return or Exchange an Order

To return or exchange any product please wrap products securely in the same packaging in which you received them and return to us following the instructions you received in your order. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.

Refunds & Exchanges

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by us, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s).

Damaged or Wrong Products

We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or in error, please, contact our customer service team by email at customerservices@maisonbyaureliean.co.uk Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 5 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or product item in its original packaging if possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 Cancellations

Depending where you live, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. This does not apply to products that are listed as non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please check on the relevant product page before ordering. Please note that payment card charges are not refunded.

To cancel your order, please email us at customerservices@maisonbyaureliean.co.uk. Include your name, order reference number and details of the product(s) you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point, we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop your order being processed and dispatched even if you email immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been processed when we receive your email, you will need to return your order following our Returns guidelines. Your statutory rights are not affected.
