Shipping policy

 Shipping within the UK 

 We aim to ship all products within 24-48 hours of receiving your order Monday -Friday, Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.  Shipping within the UK is free. We offer an express shipping option at checkout for £15. We use Royal Mail.

 Shipping to the rest of the world 

 We use DHL express shipping to the rest of the world  and is free for orders over £150. You will need to check your local tax rates, particularly in the EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery with DHL.
Please note for Russia and Israel, there is now a flat rate of £40 for shipping, and no free shipping threshold due to restrictions in the area.

Please allow (5-7 business days) for overseas shipping.

 Shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. while we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.

 

PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required upon delivery of your goods - a £10 GBP return fee will be deducted from your refund if you are unable to be contacted and the goods are returned to us.

Taxes and duties

For orders outside the UK, taxes and duties may be applied by the customs authorities of your country. we are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering.
